It’s been a minute but I’m back and we need to have a chit chat about relationships. Valentine’s Day has passed and some people may have found out they are the weekend instead of the 9-5 (word to my good sis SZA) But some people may be wondering if their significant other is keeping them a secret and if so what’s the problem???

I’m all about keeping your business your business because people will destroy happiness if they’re miserable. Social media posting constantly doesn’t prove the love your significant other has for you but don’t be a fool and let someone HIDE you mmmkay! See there are a couple of ways to tell the difference between them being private or them keeping y’all relationship a secret.

*DISCLAIMER* I’m not a relationship expert, just sharing what I’ve experienced. Here are Diamond’s Top 4 B.S. Answers From Someone Who’s Hiding You or On B.S.:

4. “I don’t do social media like that” Translation: I can post up with my friends or anyone but you and I don’t wanna post you because I’m trying to maintain my “single” personality for potential hoes.

3. “As long as we know what we are it doesn’t matter what the world thinks”
Translation: I don’t wanna post you because I’m not claiming you like that.

2. “Why does it matter, I’m with you everyday..” Translation: You see me everyday so why are you complaining? Shut up and be grateful.

And the number one answer:

1. “I don’t like people in my business.” Translation: I have other hoes and posting you/us will mess up my game.

As I previously stated, I’m not an expert but I’ve dealt with this behavior and bulls*** from people so many times so I’ve picked up on a few things.

The bottom line is don’t let ANYBODY, I don’t care how fine, rich, successful they may be, baby you don’t let anyone hide you or be ashamed of you. Yes privacy is important but there’s no excuse for your significant other to feel “ashamed” of your relationship or to let it be known they are in a relationship unless they have something stank going on. You deserve to be loved OUT LOUD
